- Champion the adoption of Dynatrace and its benefits to various IT teams within org
- Lead the implementation and management of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
- Create dashboards for infrastructure monitoring
- Create application dashboards for synthetic monitoring and RUM
- Create dashboards for FinOps insights.
- Leverage Dynatrace AIOps capabilities to accelerate adherence to SLAs
- Drive observability practices and ensure comprehensive monitoring across all systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for adopting and using Dynatrace
- Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and configurations.
- Train and mentor team members on Dynatrace and observability practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynatrace expert, with deep knowledge of synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring.
- Strong understanding of FinOps and AIOps principles.
- Passion for observability and SRE practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
