We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our E-commerce team. The Account Manager will have primary responsibility for managing and growing relationships with our e-commerce accounts at Lowes and Home Depot, ensuring their goals and objectives are met and aligned with RWC strategies. The role will also have responsibilities within managing our growing Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in account management, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

Position Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our E-commerce team. The Account Manager will have primary responsibility for managing and growing relationships with our e-commerce accounts at Lowes and Home Depot, ensuring their goals and objectives are met and aligned with RWC strategies. The role will also have responsibilities within managing our growing Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in account management, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
Position Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed annual revenue budget targets according to assigned customers.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the e-commerce strategy for retail, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
- Foster relationships with key e-commerce customer contacts, including brand advocates and retail media teams, to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.
- Partner with core retail sales channel teams to develop an e-commerce strategy that compliments brick-and-mortar and brand strategies.
- Manage marketing and content to ensure consistency across e-commerce platforms by partnering with Marketing, Product Management, and Item Data teams.
- Collaborate with distribution team and customer service to ensure seamless order flow and shipment to customers.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Conduct business reviews of e-commerce accounts and present to sales leaders, management, and customers.
- Conduct competitive analysis by maintaining continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing, performance & market share for the purpose of creating displacement strategies.
- Develop and document all processes and procedures to improve speed to market and agility in rapidly changing sales environment.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in Account Management in Home Center accounts
- Preference for previous experience with Retail Brand Advocacy programs
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
- Knowledge of Home Improvement industry preferred but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends
