Overview

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce director to lead and grow our online presence through our Shopify-based platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing Shopify stores, driving digital strategy, and enhancing customer experience to boost conversions. This role will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including online sales, in-store pickup, and delivery integration, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth, including sales, in-store pickup, and delivery channels.

- Manage, maintain, and optimize our Shopify store, including app integrations, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.

- Oversee website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance usability and increase sales.

- Oversee SMS and Email Marketing efforts.

- Analyze data and metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, AOV) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable solutions.

- Manage third-party vendors, Shopify apps, and tools to support platform scalability and performance.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, Shopify updates, and e-commerce best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

- Lead a team to execute e-commerce initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience managing and growing an e-commerce business, with specific expertise in running a Shopify store.

- Deep knowledge of Shopify platform features, apps, and ecosystem (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management, shipping integrations).

- Proven success in developing online strategies that increase traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimization techniques.

- Experience integrating online sales with in-store pickup and delivery systems.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Passion for e-commerce innovation and staying current with digital trends.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SMS, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns to support e-commerce growth.

- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain logistics.

- Background in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Work Schedule

- 40 Hours per week, 8 hours per day

- Monday through Friday, working 8 hours between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
