Are you an E-Commerce professional with a proven track record on Amazon, looking to take your expertise to the next level? Superior Glove is currently seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our Amazon business and consumer sales platforms. If you have a strong background in SEO/SEM, and expertise in managing large vendor accounts, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact. This remote role is ideal for a B2B marketer with industrial sector experience and the ability to collaborate across Purchasing, Sales, and Finance teams to enhance our Amazon performance.

Candidates must have a strong track record of successfully managing Amazon vendor accounts with large offerings of hundreds of products as well as a strong background in SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics. B2B marketing experience is preferred, particularly in the industrial / PPE sector.

About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Superior Glove's e-commerce operations on Amazon business and consumer platforms. This includes product listing creation and maintenance, optimizing content, analyzing and reporting performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing on-platform advertising campaigns, as well as contributing to e-commerce marketing and sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will also involve collaborating with other internal teams such as Purchasing, Sales, and Finance, to manage and optimize Amazon operations pertaining to orders, business account RFPs, and other backend logistics.

Location:

Remote: Candidates near Boston, MA, or Greensboro, NC are preferred, with the flexibility to travel to our Ontario headquarters up to four times a year.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Superior Glove's Amazon business and consumer platforms across multiple countries, each offering hundreds of products
  • Set up and maintain the company's Amazon business and consumer platforms
  • Keep up to date on Amazon policy changes and platform updates to ensure product listings meet all Amazon requirements
  • Develop Amazon marketing and advertising strategy in collaboration with Marketing Manager, Advertising & Media Strategist, and sales leadership
  • Identify sales growth opportunities on Amazon business and consumer platforms
  • Execute all on-platform Amazon advertisement programs and marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze performance data, providing actionable insights to improve sales and performance (traffic, conversation rates, reviews, ratings, etc.)
  • Develop, employ, and maintain SEO/SEM strategies to improve product discoverability on Amazon
  • Manage and improve product ratings and reviews
  • Ensure product data accuracy and integrity, resolving any discrepancies quickly and efficiently
  • Manage Marketing Team projects related to Amazon to enable optimized content and graphics for product listing and on-platform advertising
  • Manage collaboration with other internal teams such as Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Data Governance to optimize Amazon operations pertaining to inventory, order fulfillment, business account RFPs, product data, and other backend logistics

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' progressive eCommerce experience managing Amazon for both consumer and B2B
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 years' experience with SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in Asana, Monday or similar project management platforms
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft suite and use of shared file systems such as SharePoint
  • Comfortable communicating internally and externally daily, and in any medium (phone, video, email, direct messaging), to facilitate successful work projects
  • Positive and proactive communication style
  • Industrial sector experience preferred
  • Must have a valid passport and willing to travel to Canadian head office as required
  • Up to 10% travel required
