About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Channel Manager to lead the development and growth of our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart marketplace businesses. This is a unique opportunity to build these channels from the ground up and make a significant impact on Stamps.com's and Auctane's overall e-commerce strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketplace management, particularly on Amazon and Walmart, and a passion for driving growth through data-driven decision-making.

What will you be doing?

• Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies for Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, including product selection, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
• Channel Growth: Drive revenue growth and profitability across all marketplace channels, meeting or exceeding established targets.
• Account Management: Manage relationships with marketplace partners, ensuring compliance with platform policies and optimizing account performance.
• Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
• Advertising Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms, allocating budgets effectively and monitoring performance to achieve optimal ROI.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and fulfillment processes for marketplace orders.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Agency Management: Manage relationships with marketplace-related agencies, ensuring alignment with Auctane's goals and objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketplace management, with a strong focus on Amazon and Walmart.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketplace seller platforms, advertising tools, and analytics software.

• Experience with eBay marketplace management.
