Our Client Services Team is looking for a Retail Strategy Lead who has a strong track record of building client relationships and data-driven Amazon selling and marketing execution, and can collaborate within our positive and high-performance company culture.

Operations
Own Momentum Commerce's core Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all retail operations and strategy work; actively partner with Managers to ensure SOP integration into team processesManage the offshore team in the Philippines including training and general resource management and allocation against projectsBe a superuser of Momentum Commerce's Technology, Velocity, and help train clients on the platform and provide valuable customer feedback to our technology team

Our Client Services Team is looking for a Retail Strategy Lead who has a strong track record of building client relationships and data-driven Amazon selling and marketing execution, and can collaborate within our positive and high-performance company culture.
Responsibilities
Client Retail Strategy
- Directly advise strategic brand partners on both retail strategy and tactical execution; partner with Managers and Analysts to ensure continuity from account strategy to execution
- Strategy recommendations may include but are not limited to: assortment strategy, new product innovation, SKU rationalization, pricing and promotional planning, omnichannel sales coordination and more
- Execution recommendations may include but are not limited to: forecasting, inventory management, compliance and regulatory issues, optimizing product listing pages, brand store or new item set up and more
- Actively participate in the preparation and delivery of client QBRs to up-level strategic thinking and recommendations and can pair with performance reporting and execution highlights
Resident Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a go-to, trusted Amazon Selling and Retail Strategy subject matter expert across Momentum Commerce
- Collaborate with Sales during new business conversations to effectively showcase Momentum Commerce's ability to elevate prospective client's marketplace insights, strategy and performance
- Stay on top of industry trends and formulate key POVs for Momentum Commerce and our client's; partner cross-functionally to bring learnings and creation of new processes into Client Services and the business
- Provide mentorship to teammates; hold office hours with Analysts to help solve client growth challenges
Operations

Experience and Requirements
- Located in NYC or BOS and willing to work in the office 3 days per week
- 10+ years of eCommerce experience with at least 5 years of P&L ownership
- 4+ years of Amazon Experience
- MBA preferred
- Strong track record of building productive client partnerships
- Strong desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance, team environment
- Strong Quantitative Skills
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
