The Ecommerce Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, managing online sales and merchandising strategies, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience to effectively lead and expand our online sales channels. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach to enhance conversion rates, improve customer engagement, and maximize profitability across digital platforms.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize performance for our online channel.
  • Collaborate with business unit for product assortment, pricing, and promotion planning.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure promotions align with brand marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance, P&L, and key KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to maximize traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Coordinate new product launches, integrating promotional strategies, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers and SCM teams to forecast sales and optimize inventory management.
  • Define promotion terms and conditions in consultation with legal teams.
  • Develop and execute an on-site merchandising strategy to maximize customer engagement and ensure timely, relevant content.
  • Leverage A/B testing and customer insights to enhance the shopping experience and improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and platform development teams to improve site functionality and optimize navigation.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate marketing partnerships to drive traffic, increase conversions, and expand brand reach.
  • Execute revenue-focused sales strategies for partner stores, optimizing product placement, pricing, and promotions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our online channel and drive growth.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in Ecommerce sales, selling directly to end-customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in excel
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
  • Prior experience in affiliate marketing and digital marketing is a strong asset
