As an E-Commerce Store Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Shopify team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Shopify store manager, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure our clients have seamless purchasing experience.

Sales Support
- Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers via email, and live chat.
- Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring accurate information in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance metrics.
Order Management & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide customers with status updates when needed.
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) for product returns and replacements.
Customer Support
- Assist customers with warranty claims, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to handle customer inquiries, including troubleshooting product issues or guiding setup.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, or customer service.
- Experience in the networking hardware or IT equipment industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset. Ability to resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
- Experience with Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Mandarin Speaking (Preferred)
- Highly self-motivated and diligent
