Qualifications:

• Texas Licensed Assisted Living Administrator Certification (required)
• 2+ years in a senior living leadership role (required)
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on building relationships
• Proficiency in managing multiple software systems and reporting functions
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction
• Drive community occupancy and revenue by leading sales and marketing efforts
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee financial management, including budgets, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable
• Develop and lead a cohesive management team and provide ongoing staff training and development
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff, ensuring open communication and a supportive work environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $70,000 + Commission up to $25,000 annually
