Qualifications:
- Texas Licensed Assisted Living Administrator Certification (required)
- 2+ years in a senior living leadership role (required)
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on building relationships
- Proficiency in managing multiple software systems and reporting functions
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction
- Drive community occupancy and revenue by leading sales and marketing efforts
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee financial management, including budgets, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable
- Develop and lead a cohesive management team and provide ongoing staff training and development
- Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff, ensuring open communication and a supportive work environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $70,000 + Commission up to $25,000 annually
