This position will collaborate with legal teams and clients to define and execute the collection, analysis, processing, and review and production strategies for projects.

Position Summary:
The E-Discovery Project Manager will act as a consultant to legal teams and clients in evaluating, budgeting and recommending strategic solutions to electronic discovery. This position will collaborate with legal teams and clients to define and execute the collection, analysis, processing, and review and production strategies for projects.
Essential Functions:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from transition to archival while keeping team leadership informed of status, potential project risks or pending issues. Develop best practices and documentation for the litigation technology team.
- Provide guidance, budgeting and recommendations to legal teams and clients on the collection, analysis, processing, review, quality control, output deliverables and data management for electronic discovery.
- Coordinate the details of e-discovery projects from inception to completion, including data collection, analysis, processing, review, quality control, output deliverables and data management.
- Develop strategic and tactical project plans with the legal teams and participate in their execution.
- Use critical thinking and trouble-shooting abilities to formulate cost effective solutions for clients.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Extensive knowledge of the concepts, principles, management and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as they relate to legal matters, including the use of various ESI management and review tools and applications such as Viewpoint, Magnum, LAW 5.0, Relativity, Summation and Catalyst
- Extensive knowledge and experience in evaluating and recommending advanced analytics solutions
- Extensive knowledge and experience in assisted review/predictive coding cases
- Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities, and resolving issues proactively
- Knowledge of client IT systems including email formats, social media, back-up systems, mobile devices and databases
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired:
- Viewpoint, LAW and/or ACEDs certification
- Knowledge of FRCP, industry trends and case law
- Project management experience
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in similar field required. 2 - 3 years experience in e-discovery consulting in the legal field preferred.
- Strong technical and legal background in the E-discovery arena
- E- discovery case work industry experience
