Master's degree in Educational Leadership required
Endorsement in Administration and Supervision required
Extensive knowledge of VTSS
School or district-level leadership experience required
Coaching experience - preferred

Lead the formal implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, MTSS, in all HCPS Schools. Establish and sustain the support needed for schools to be effective learning environments for all students.
Essential Duties
- Leads and monitors a district-wide MTSS implementation plan aligned with the district's vision for MTSS.
- Facilitates implementation and sustainability of division-wide MTSS practices.
- Supervises and supports MTSS Coordinators who lead PBIS and Intervention Team support to schools and programs.
- Reviews school and division-wide data to inform and guide decision-making related to implementation outcomes.
- Provides professional development and training to district-level and school-based teams.
- Collaborates with stakeholders on resource development and delivery of tiered intervention for students.
- Serves the District Administrator to PowerSchool Unified Classroom Behavior Support platform
- Ability to use, understand, and desegregate appropriate data for diverse purposes, including presentations to multiple audiences.
- Implements and leads a District MTSS Committee with representation from school sites and other key stakeholders.
- Participates in regional, statewide, and national VTSS leadership conferences and meetings.
- Performs all administrative duties associated with Virginia Tiered System of Supports grant and team budget management.
