Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 18 months in Medical-Surgical nursing License: GA or Compact License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Experience with IV insertion, PICC lines- Proficiency in Epic and Telemetry interpretation Job Description: - Administer care to patients with complex medical conditions- Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and thoracentesis- Handle nasogastric tube/feeding and nasal feeding tube insertion- Manage and treat patients diagnosed with conditions such as CHF, COPD, diabetes, sepsis, pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, altered mental status, hypertension, renal failure, and heart failure
