Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor activities at OWTR facilities.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and automation problems.
- Develop scopes of work to address operational and maintenance issues.
- Collaborate on the design and review of facility rehabilitation and upgrades.
- Participate in design review meetings and ensure comprehensive plans meet project objectives.
- Oversee start-up activities for new and upgraded facilities.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Direct synchronized execution of project activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Evaluate and establish departmental performance metrics while validating data accuracy.
- Supervise staff, encourage professional growth, and develop project-specific teams as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in civil, mechanical, environmental, and electrical engineering principles.

Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Systems Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5-10 years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia or eligibility to obtain within one year.
