Position Summary:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems and automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design control systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and integration of various automation components.
- Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts using CAD software.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance meet specified requirements.
- Maintain documentation up to date.
Experience:
- Two to five years of hands-on experience troubleshooting control systems, including PLC, AutoCAD, and Servos.
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints and schematics.
- Proficient in Allen-Bradley HMI and PLC programming experience is desirable.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move material or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
