Title: Electrical Engineering Manager

Location: Rancocas, NJ

Duration: Direct Hire

Technical skills include:

• Coordinate department activities, establish priorities, assign staff to projects for the design of control systems, PLC software code, production and utilization of electric power, and power supply and transmission parts for industrial melting furnace systems.
• Responsible for electrical designs compliant with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
• Responsible for the management, growth and professional development of the electrical engineering team.
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description:

• The Electrical Engineering Manager will work with the Electrical Project Engineers within the Electrical Engineering Group to design power generation and control systems.

Must Haves/Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of Industrial experience, 2 years supervisory.
• Looking for someone with understanding of programming and control system design utilizing Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms
• Technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

Educational Requirement: BS in Electrical Engineering
