Field Superintendent - Electrical (High Voltage & Low Voltage)
Lead high-voltage electrical projects in a cutting-edge environment!
Your Mission:
We are seeking two experienced Electrical Field Superintendents to oversee critical construction operations in high voltage and low voltage electrical systems for a large semiconductor manufacturing project.
Location: Fully on-site in Sunnyvale, CA
Industry: Advanced technology & industrial construction
What You'll Do:
High Voltage Superintendent
Oversee power distribution systems-coordinate installation of switchgear, transformers, substations, and UPS systems
Ensure energy integrity-supervise medium and high-voltage electrical installations
Maintain project timelines-adjust schedules to meet milestones
Resolve technical challenges-troubleshoot power supply issues and ensure system compliance
Enforce electrical safety codes-ensure adherence to local and industry standards
Low Voltage Superintendent
Manage low-voltage electrical systems-oversee network cabling, security, fire alarms, and automation
Ensure seamless system integration-supervise the installation of AV, telecommunications, and smart building infrastructure
Coordinate project phases-keep work on track to align with overall construction schedules
Troubleshoot connectivity challenges-resolve system design and constructability issues in real-time
Ensure compliance-verify that all low-voltage installations meet industry regulations and safety requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of electrical construction experience with a focus on medium and high-voltage power systems
Experience with switchgear, UPS equipment, and large-scale industrial electrical installations
Knowledge of electrical distribution in high-tech or cleanroom environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, P6, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
OSHA 30 Certification
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus!
