Position Information:
As the Electrical Product Engineer you will design, develop, and test electrical products, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet quality, performance, and reliability standards. The position will support new product initiatives, reduce cost through product design and process optimizations, perform failure analysis, and identify root cause to ensure product quality.

Position Information:
As the Electrical Product Engineer you will design, develop, and test electrical products, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet quality, performance, and reliability standards. The position will support new product initiatives, reduce cost through product design and process optimizations, perform failure analysis, and identify root cause to ensure product quality.
Product Engineering Support
- Apply engineering best practices developing and improving products
- Research and design electrical product concepts
- Prototype, test, and integrate hardware and software
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Complete failure analysis with root cause identification
- Ensure product safety, reliability, and performance
- Achieve cost targets
Process Engineering Support
- Support Process Engineers on new process development
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficient production
- Design and implement electrical systems (hardware and software)
- Enhance process automation and control
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
Documentation
- Create supporting documentation according to Miller standards
- Include electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Develop software code, CAD (Creo) models and drawings
- Prepare bills of material, ICF, ECN, quality inspection criteria
- Generate engineering test reports
- Ensure comprehensive and accessible documentation for future use
Technical Support
- Provide technical support and direction
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in hardware and software
- Offer expert guidance to Maintenance and Operations
- Implement solutions to prevent future problems
Communication
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Convey project updates, present design options, address issues
- Report test results and provide recommendations
- Ensure clarity and effectiveness in all communications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field. New Grads and experienced Engineers welcome to apply.
- Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and MATLAB.
- Experience creating electrical schematics, app development, and LabView is preferred.
- Experience with 3D modeling software is required. (Creo preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required and ERP system experience is a plus.
- Using mathematics to solve problems, specific knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
- Knowledge of physical principles, laws, and applications. Understanding fluid and material dynamics; and mechanical and electrical structures and processes.

Pay Range:
- $75,000.00 - $112,000.00 Annual Base Pay
- Base pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
