Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee and coordinate electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will focus on various sectors including hotel, industrial, office building, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead electrical projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise on-site electrical work to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Review project plans and specifications to provide input on design and feasibility.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Experience managing projects in hotel, industrial, office building, or commercial sectors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
