Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires effective coordination between various stakeholders, adherence to safety standards, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Manage resources, including personnel and materials, efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
