Are you ready to take the next step in your electrical construction career? A leading electrical contractor is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Orlando. This is a high-impact role offering relocation assistance, a generous bonus structure, and the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects exceeding $5M.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction to close-out
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure schedule, budget, and safety goals are met
• Track project progress, issue change orders, manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Lead internal project meetings and manage communication with stakeholders
• Monitor labor productivity, material procurement, and project profitability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Proven track record managing commercial projects $5M+
• Strong understanding of NEC, project scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Willing to relocate to Orlando if not local
• ESOP or union contractor experience is a plus
