Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical projects, particularly in high-rise buildings, stadiums, and office complexes. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee project budgets and manage financial performance, including cost estimations and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial settings, with a focus on high-rise buildings, stadiums, and office complexes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
