Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in design-build projects and construction within the manufacturing, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience, excellent client relations skills, and a proven track record in creating loyal customers. This role requires proficiency in estimating software and Excel for plugging in materials and labor hours. The Project Manager should be able to see the big picture of the project and prioritize customer satisfaction over cost-cutting measures.
Responsibilities
The position is primarily in-office with potential for a hybrid work arrangement. Benefits include a car allowance of $600, cell phone allowance, healthy bonuses ranging from $20k to $75k, and the freedom to take time for family if needed. Employees can also enjoy suites at the Indiana Motor Speedway, Pacers, and Colts events, as well as golf outings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/hr.

- Estimate and manage electrical projects.
- Utilize any estimating software to accurately forecast project costs.
- Use Excel to input materials and labor hours for project estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Prioritize creating loyal customers over penny-pinching at every turn.
- Apply design-build experience to manage and execute projects effectively.
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical, mechanical, or general contracting.
- Design-build experience.
- Construction experience in industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
- Strong client relations skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam.
- Experience in industrial construction.
- Experience in manufacturing construction.
- Experience in pharmaceutical construction.
