Lotusworks is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Commissioning Superintendent to lead and support our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Commissioning (Cx) activities on-site. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and efficient commissioning processes. The successful candidate will be an expert resource, providing solutions and oversight throughout the commissioning lifecycle.

Lotusworks is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Commissioning Superintendent to lead and support our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Commissioning (Cx) activities on-site. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and efficient commissioning processes. The successful candidate will be an expert resource, providing solutions and oversight throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Daily Commissioning Activities: Oversee and manage all on-site commissioning activities to ensure efficient workflow, effective communication, and adherence to project timelines.
- Documentation Management in ACC: Ensure all commissioning issues, resolutions, and required documentation are accurately recorded in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for each commissioning level (Lv1 to Lv5), maintaining compliance with project standards.
- Conduct Inspections and Testing Support: Perform Level 2 inspections of on-site equipment and provide comprehensive support for Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 testing processes, ensuring all equipment meets project specifications and operational requirements.
- Support Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Procedures: Collaborate with the Energy Marshall to review and support Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed during commissioning activities.
- Participate in Quality Control Processes: Engage in the 6-step Quality Control process, coordinating with trade partners and QA/QC teams for equipment inspections, issue validation, and close-out procedures.
- Provide Final Documentation Oversight: Ensure all required documentation for turnover to the owner is complete and accurate, providing a final overview to confirm compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
- Technical Expertise in Electrical Systems: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, commissioning processes, and relevant codes and standards to ensure compliance and effective troubleshooting.
- Project Management and Coordination: Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate daily activities, manage timelines, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Proficiency in documentation management, particularly with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), to ensure all issues and resolutions are properly recorded and maintain quality control throughout the commissioning process.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electrical Journeymen's License
