LotusWorks is currently seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Superintendent to join our team on-site in Abilene, Texas, supporting a high-performance data center project. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the electrical scope, ensuring installation excellence, code compliance, and close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and commissioning agents throughout all phases of construction.

LotusWorks is currently seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Superintendent to join our team on-site in Abilene, Texas, supporting a high-performance data center project. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the electrical scope, ensuring installation excellence, code compliance, and close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and commissioning agents throughout all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the discipline lead for all electrical scopes across the project lifecycle
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Interface directly with the client, specialty subcontractors, and commissioning agents to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Perform detailed field reviews of installations to confirm conformance with design specifications, codes, and project requirements
- Provide oversight on daily electrical activities and progress tracking to maintain schedule adherence and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and commissioning personnel, to support integrated system testing and turnover readiness
- Support project documentation including redlines, punch lists, and turnover packages
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role on large-scale industrial or data center projects
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA codes, and electrical construction standards
- Experience managing subcontractors and client communications in the field
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications
Education / Licenses / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
