As a Director Quality, you should:
  • Be a strategic leader who exhibits the influence in order to develop quality programs that prevent defects, improve product quality, and ensure all products meet customer standards
  • Be passionate about all aspects of IPC 610, 620, and J-STD standards and promote employee accountability in upholding these standards
  • Be capable of creating value with quality initiatives such as: root cause analysis, development of corrective actions and implementation of changes
  • Be quality centric when it comes to maintaining appropriate ISO certifications
  • Take initiative in leading interactions with regulatory agencies, leading the QMS audit processes, and ensuring all findings are effectively addressed
  • Decisively use the Corrective Action (CAPA) system, Data Analysis, Statistical Process Controls and Six Sigma concepts
  • Empower others and build meaningful, working relationships in order to create a positive work environment
  • Establish specific departmental goals, objectives, and action plans to support facility goals and schedules
  • Participate in the budgeting process, which includes: providing recommendations and projections for resources and capital expenditures
  • Monitor KPIs and act as necessary to correct discrepancies
  • Demonstrate advanced digital literacy, particularly in navigating various software and Microsoft Office Suite

All applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 10 years of progressive relevant experience with 5 years supervisory experience in an electronics contract manufacturing environment including project management and ISO experience.
