UNTIL FILLEDWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elementary School Principal to lead our school community. The Principal will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, create a positive learning environment, and ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs. The Principal will work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the broader community to support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the school's operations, including curriculum, staff, student affairs, and extracurricular activities.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes respect, equity, and inclusivity for all students and staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high standards of instruction and professional growth.
• Develop and implement academic programs that meet the diverse needs of students and align with district and state standards.
• Work closely with parents, families, and the community to support student success and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and participate in school improvement planning, data analysis, and decision-making processes to continuously enhance educational outcomes.
• Promote a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment.
