Qualifications:
- NJ Principal Certification required
- Prior administrative experience required
- Strong instructional leadership skills with a track record of positive student achievement growth
- Knowledge of Grades K-5 NJSLS and best practices in instruction, Special Educational programming, Title I, and social-emotional learning opportunities
- Knowledge and experience in the recruitment, evaluation and professional development of faculty and support staff
- Proven ability to foster a safe, positive and student-centered school culture and climate
- Ability to create, share and foster a student-centered vision for success
- Excellent technical, organizational and communication skills
- 12-month year
