Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) is part of Amazon Payment Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve customers' payment experience on Amazon. ACC offers products for buyers (ACCB: Amazon Currency Converter for Buyers) and Sellers (ACCS: Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers, Seller Wallet). ACCB provides global Amazon buyers seamless payment solution for purchases on Amazon worldwide. ACCS and Seller Wallet provide global Amazon sellers a secure and convenient way to receive their revenue from selling on Amazon worldwide.
The ACC Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Email Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for end-to-end Email Marketing to drive adoption, retention of our products and features, and to provide beneficial education to help global Amazon sellers to grow their business. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will formulate email marketing strategies, design, implement and launch email campaigns, analyze campaign results, synthesize learnings, make decisions and prioritize future email marketing roadmap using a data-driven approach. You will work cross-functionally to drive email marketing by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, Content Marketing, UX design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance, Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.

\tFormulate email marketing strategy.
\tAlign strategy with business leaders.
\tAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
\tDevelop and maintain a roadmap for email campaigns and A/B testing.
\tCreate, configure and launch email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
\tRefine segmentation of cross-border Amazon seller base.
\tDocument plan, campaign performances and test results.
\tMake contracts with external vendors and give directions.
\tDrive email marketing operation improvements with automation, standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
