An outstanding hospital in Southwest Oregon is in search of a new Emergency Department RN Manager.

In addition, this 100+ bed hospital is accredited in many areas, but notably has a glowing record in their Emergency Services. This 5 star rated hospital is state of the art and has earned multiple awards for collaboration efforts and quality and patient care. The Emergency Department RN Manager will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the Pacific Northwest.
The Emergency Department RN Manager will report directly to the Director of the Emergency Department. Supported by 2 managers and several tenured charge nurses, this person will lead a fantastic team and busy department with over 50 FTEs.
The Emergency Department RN Manager will be in charge of overseeing that care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Director of the Emergency Department to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital's standards and values. The Emergency Department RN Manager will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives.
