Schedule: Full-time | Evening Shift
Compensation: $39.04 - $58.56/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

A well-respected medical facility in Kingwood is seeking a strong and experienced Emergency Room Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations during evening shifts. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced acute care RN leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about advancing care and empowering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all functions within the Emergency Room
• Serve as a resource for staff development, education, and clinical oversight
• Ensure high-quality patient care in line with nursing and hospital standards
• Collaborate with leadership to manage staffing, policy enforcement, and unit operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience in the Emergency Department
• Active RN license in Texas (or compact license with Texas licensure within 90 days)
• BSN required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• TNCC and PALS required
