Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Services Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations within the department.

What does an Emergency Services Manager with Paul Davis do? As an Emergency Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all Emergency Service (ES) projects, managing resources, and driving overall operational excellence.
  • Lead and support a team of ES Technicians after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and mitgate damages to residential and commercial property.
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of team members.
  • Provide solutions and guidance to our clients and team in emergency service situations.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration Values and Basics
  • Oversee daily operations of the restoration and emergency services department.
  • Manage and coordinate response to emergency situations, including water, fire, and mold damage.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

  • Salary and bonus range from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on results.


Qualifications (Requirements):
  • 5-10 years restoration construction experience
  • 2-5 years management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners and employees in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS and Xactimate
  • IICRC Certifications

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
