The Opportunity
We are seeking a solid QA Automation Engineer who can help us build world-class tech products. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our solutions meet and surpass the highest quality standards. This position is a great chance to directly influence product quality and build a strong relationship with our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Lead QA testing initiatives, ensuring they align with client specifications and timelines.
• Design and implement robust, scalable QA test procedures.
• Hands-on implementation of automated tests collaboratively with the team.
• Facilitate a collaborative team environment focused on skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Manage QA resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project alignment and address any concerns.
• Communicate daily with the team to ensure team members are able to implement the agreed-upon tests.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Review PRs and integrate the work of other team members.
• Validate and ensure the quality of the work of the team.
  Must haves
• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience designing and performing API testing
• Experience designing and automating integration testing and E2E testing
• Experience working with the Jest framework
• Experience working with Cypress and RTL
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
