The Opportunity

We are seeking for a hands on Tech Lead to manage and lead a dedicated team within one of our key client's projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead development initiatives, ensuring that solutions meet and surpass the strategic objectives. This position is a great chance to directly influence technology direction and build a strong relationship with our client.

What you'll be doing

• Lead development projects, ensuring they align with client specifications and timelines.
• Design robust, scalable software architectures to meet diverse client needs.
• Hands on implementation of features collaboratively with the team.
• Facilitate a collaborative team environment focused on skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Communicate regularly with client to ensure project alignment and address any concerns.
• Communicate daily with the team to ensure team members are able to implement the features agreed upon with client.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Review PRs and integrate the work of other team members.
• Validate and ensure the quality of the work of the team.

Your qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex software development projects in companies of different sizes.
• Experience working on projects from scratch.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles
• Highly proficient in programming languages relevant to our tech stack (Javascript / Node, Next, Nest, Mongo and AWS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
