Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Kuna Clinic. The Kuna Clinic is located in a growing Boise suburb. Our team is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. This position does not include OB care or inpatient work.
Schedule:Traditional work week (M-F), 34 patient contact hours per week, 4-day work week available, reduced FTE available depending on physician preference

Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;

Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
