Sky Ridge Medical Center is assisting with the recruitment of a primary care physician into a private practice.

Qualified Candidates:
Must be willing to focus on prevention, lifestyle and evidence-based medicine in an integrated healthcare platform
Practice consists of 2 physicians, 5 advanced practice providers, 1 licensed clinical social work and 3 chiropractors
Flexibility to have a mix of both telemedicine and in-clinic patients
Board certified or board eligible in family medicine
Eligible for Colorado licensure
