Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $450,000 and $600,000 per year. The base salary is guaranteed with RVU and quality incentives...in total cash the former Medical Director was on track to make $800k- some of the providers in the team in total cash earn $950k. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
Starting Bonus
Relocation Allowance if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
