We're seeking someone to join our team as a Product Owner for our Employee CRM product and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee, manager, and Business Leaders experiences with the Human Capital Management (HCM) organization. Our Employee CRM product adopts Customer Relationship Management principles to view employees as valued customers, ensuring every interaction is managed with precision and care. Utilizing data-driven insights and next-generation technologies like AI and automation, our solution boosts employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity through consistent and streamlined communication.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position reporting to the Employee CRM Product Manager, where you will be instrumental in developing tailored HR technology solutions that align our cutting-edge technical capabilities with the complex needs of our internal clients. You will collaborate closely with product colleagues, UX teams, and HR Technology groups to design and deliver technology solutions that enable more informed and strategic decisions regarding our talent and workforce.

What you'll do in the role:
- Product Roadmap Development - Lead the execution of analysis and synthesis to support the product team in designing and prioritizing new functionalities and features. Ensure these are aligned with HCM strategy and end-user needs, focusing on automation and AI-enablement to transform HR services.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement - Partner with global stakeholders across all levels to capture use cases for UX design and user stories. Create user journey maps and process flows to illustrate the impact of end-to-end experiences across applications and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and translate data requirements supporting the consumption and production of data.
- Feature Designs and Specifications - Transform use cases into epics, business requirements, and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development, emphasizing AI-driven data analytics and insights.
- Testing - Partner with QA and UAT teams to actively participate in UAT activities, ensuring new features and enhancements meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
- Go-to-Market Strategies - Lead go-to-market strategies, including oversight of administration and documentation of product development and release schedules, release notes, user guides, and end-user hyper care.
- Production Monitoring - Monitor production performance, platform metrics, and provide ongoing end-user support, focusing on continuous improvement through feedback and data-driven insights.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Innovation and User-Centric Design A strong drive for innovation and a passion for creating user-centric solutions that solve real problems using advanced AI and automation technologies.
- Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience in product ownership or product management, with a proven track record in developing and launching successful, custom-developed HR technology products.
- Agile Expertise Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams and managing product backlogs.
- Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Communication Effective communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into detailed artifacts that meet the needs of end users and can be easily interpreted by non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
