Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Pre-Litigation team. Associates report directly to an assigned Partner and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases
- Draft various secondary documents to facilitate case proceedings
- Initiate communication with the opposing council
- Providing guidance to support staff as needed
- Bring positivity to the workplace and lead by example

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- *Must be in good standing with the California State Bar*
