St. Joseph's Medical Practice, PC is actively seeking a full time Endocrinologist to join our specialty outpatient/inpatient location in Yonkers, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to practice patient care in a hospital as well as in new outpatient facilities and become a key provider within a top quality, patient centered network.
The ideal candidate is a NYS licensed, board-certified endocrinology physician who is comfortable treating a range of endocrine disorders, hormonal imbalances, and thyroid conditions including comprehensive care for diabetes. You must be motivated, able to work collaboratively with other members of the team, and offer strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills.

Base Salary: $225,000-$250,000

You must be motivated, able to work collaboratively with other members of the team, and offer strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, examining, and investigating patients and their medical histories for sign and symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
- Advising, ordering, performing tests, and interpreting their results.
- Discussing diagnosis with patients, explaining treatment options and giving advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures.
- Supporting patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions.
- Participate in the education of medical students and residents.
- 70/30 mix of ambulatory/inpatient cases.
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology
- Board Certified in Endocrinology
- New York State medical license
- Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
- Speak and understand basic Medical Spanish
