BAE Systems is seeking a well-rounded, highly experienced Quality professional who possesses strong problem solving, leadership and team building expertise. This individual will represent the Supplier Quality organization as the Counterfeit Parts Prevention (CPP) Program Lead. This individual will jointly chair the CPP Board with other BAE Systems functional team members who oversee & administer the ES Business CPP Program. This individual will be responsible to continuously improve, enhance robustness and increase our organization's CPP proficiency. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, risk management, training & education and compliance as it relates to CPP across the ES Business. Additionally, this individual will attend CPP summits/symposiums, manage supplier CPP compliance, and conduct joint CPP audits as determined by risk management reviews with the CPP Board. This role is an individual contributor role that manages both strategic and tactical activities on a daily basis.
This individual must have experience with Program Quality, Supply Chain/Supplier Management/Procurement, Quality Processes, Industry Standards (AS9100, AS5553, AS6171...), and USG Contracts, Terms & Conditions, DFARs, FARs & other DoD regulatory requirements. This individual possess project management skills, procedure writing, public speaking and excellent written communication skills.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree with 6-8+ years of experience or 10-12+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- AS9100 Auditor certification and/or Quality Management System audit experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt and/or process improvement experience
Preferred Skills and Education
- Familiar with Industry Standards Committees
- EEE Manufacturing/Process/Design Engineering
- AS9100 Auditor certification and/or 5+ years of Quality Management System audit experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt and/or 5+ years of process improvement experience
