Our mission is to enable rapid, robust, and safe deployment of general intelligence for autonomous systems and robotics, aspiring to become the starting point for AI-powered autonomous systems across a diverse set of scenarios and robotics modalities.
What you'll be doing:
We are currently seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead our customer-facing efforts which deploy our technology for real world applications. You will play a pivotal role implementing the customer's GRID platform and seamlessly integrate cutting-edge components across the platform, machine learning, and robotics. The cloud-based (or local) platform will be served and used at a large scale and across multiple robotic domains including air, ground, sub-surface, manipulators, etc. Components will include our SDK, simulation, synthetic environments, and robotics, all deployed to the intended customer environment.
You will lead the deployment of GRID to enterprise customers, enabling a robust and scalable development platform for robotics hosted either locally, on customer's cloud, or on a Scaled Foundations cloud instance as a managed service for the customer.

You will lead the deployment of GRID to enterprise customers, enabling a robust and scalable development platform for robotics hosted either locally, on customer's cloud, or on a Scaled Foundations cloud instance as a managed service for the customer.
- Interact with customer leadership and technical teams to capture and validate requirements, and create solutions around custom robotic forms and synthetic environments for simulation.
- Collaborate with the internal infrastructure, platform, robot and machine learning teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
- Communicate regularly with Customer teams on current project status as well as product updates.
- Provide feedback to internal development teams of customer inputs for new features and functionality.
- Provide direction to our off-shore Unreal Engine development team as it pertains to custom customer environments.
- Independently drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and reliability for the platform which is expected to serve a large user base.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-10+ years of full-time project or customer management.
- Familiar with game-based development engines (Unity/Unreal), and/or Omniverse, and a variety of other content creation tools.
- Familiar with scenery creation within a game engine (both geo-specific and fictional environments), and implementation of in-game actors to include animations and physics.
- Knowledge of Cloud deployment for Azure, AWS, Oracle, or Google Cloud
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience with Linux and/or Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes and enabling scalable services across distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of resources needed for workloads like video streaming, and distributed machine learning inference.
- Hands-on experience with Omniverse, IsaacSim, or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of Cesium/Google Earth or other GIS tools and content.
- Experience working with sensitive data and adhering to strict security protocols.
