By collaborating with a dedicated network of shoring specialists and our valued customers, the Senior Engineer is responsible for understanding the detailed project plans and employing the most current engineering techniques in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:
  • Design shoring solutions for site-specific excavation projects
  • Develop required calculations that support complex project designs utilizing slide rail, sheeting, hydraulic walers and brace, beam & plate and other engineered systems products across the United States.
  • Work with National and Local NTS sales team to understand site conditions which will ensure the optimal and safe solution.
  • Work with the drafting team to create high quality drawings and site plans.
  • Collaborate with our onsite Shoring Advisors to solve challenges during project installation.
  • Collaborate and support sales team during the business development stages.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
  • BS in Structural, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related
  • Professional Engineering License
  • Experience with a rental or geotechnical engineering contractor
  • Ability to interpret soil property reports and geotechnical data.
  • Structural engineering analysis knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, AutoCAD and other design software
  • Ability to work independently and with teams in person or via Microsoft Teams
  • Proven ability to manage details.
  • Ability to travel 15% within United States
