Description:
Cloud Infra Engineer
4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, preferably within financial services.
Expert-level hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, in the context of platform security and enabling cloud services. Proficient with the entire life cycle of Terraform development develop, build, package, unit test, deploy via CI/CD etc.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred) with solid understanding of cloud services, networking concepts, including VPC design, hybrid connectivity, service mesh, and network security in GCP.
Experience in implementing guardrails, controls, and policy-as-code frameworks such as Sentinel to ensure secure cloud environments.
Proficient in scripting languages like Python for automation and tool development.
Building tooling and automation for Google cloud foundation that includes building landing zone, self-service capabilities, controls and guardrails for GCP Compute and Storage services.
Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform for platform security and cloud service enablement.
Design and implement guardrails and controls for secure cloud operations, ensuring compliance with financial service regulations.
Automate and optimize infrastructure deployment using Python or other scripting languages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance compute and storage services in the cloud.
Work on improving the scalability, reliability, and security of the cloud infrastructure.
Ensure alignment with best practices for cloud security and compliance across all services.
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
