Provide engineering service and support to performing basic tasks requiring basic application of engineering fundamentals in support of the design modification, operation and independent assessment of facilities.
o Perform basic analysis and designs in support of systems, programs and projects.
o Perform problem resolution via plant process.
o Assist in audits, test and inspections. Use engineering judgment in evaluating results or findings

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Technical Support:
- Perform basic engineering analysis and design to support systems, programs, and projects.

- Conduct problem resolution activities within plant processes and report findings.
Audits, Inspections & Compliance:
- Assist in audits, tests, and inspections, applying engineering judgment to evaluate results.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Identify potential schedule, cost, or quality risks in engineering activities.
Project & Design Integration:
- Develop engineering designs, construction documents, specifications, and work instructions.
- Integrate design, regulatory, operational, maintenance, and administrative requirements into engineering tasks.
- Ensure effective coordination with other departments and disciplines to meet project goals.
- Deliver engineering solutions within established schedules and budgets.
Leadership & Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical guidance to designers and junior engineers.
- Review and check technical products developed by others.
- Offer technical leadership for complex and extended projects.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution OR a PE license obtained by accredited examination.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience.
- Preferred: Engineering experience with Washington State PE License.
Desired Education & Experience:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license with specialization in commercial electrical engineering, arc flash analysis, and medium voltage distribution.
- Background in other engineering disciplines is also encouraged.
