- Reviews proposed residential, commercial and industrial development.
- Assists with conducting assigned surveys for variety of areas in Engineering.
- Prepares simple illustrations, charts, and graphs.
- Conducts traffic studies and analysis including observing traffic patterns, taking traffic counts, and turning movements.
- Verifies for accuracy mathematical check of maps and plans.
- Provides assistance to the public; respond to inquiries and provide information regarding property descriptions, location, and property surveys; calculate fees.
- Checks site plans and tentative and final subdivision maps for compliance with Subdivision Map Act and city codes.
