Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of CNC machining processes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machinery and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in CNC machining and engineering management.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
