Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Bryan, OH ** We provide relocation assistance
Salary: $140,000-$180,000/year + Annual Bonus + Sign On Bonus

Plant Size: 120 - 150 team members (non-union plant)

We are a fastener manufacturing company that serves the construction industry. We've been around almost 50 years, we have over 350 employees. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and design initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, particularly in fasteners and heat treating sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better or equivalent work experience in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in engineering management within an industrial manufacturing environment- fastener preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of cold forming and heat treating processes
• Metallurgical background ideal
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
