Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support our R&D Programs Director in advancing new product development initiatives from initial concept through manufacturing launch. This role is integral to our engineering department's efforts in innovating and enhancing our product offerings.

Base Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 is the projected range base salary for this role depending on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive a bonus and benefits.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support our R&D Programs Director in advancing new product development initiatives from initial concept through manufacturing launch. This role is integral to our engineering department's efforts in innovating and enhancing our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Take in new project requests and prepare business cases for review.
- Assist in project administration including documentation, meeting minutes, resource planning, project scheduling, and task follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, etc.) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Take on project management responsibilities for multiple projects adhering to the SENS New Product Lifecycle (PLC) process.
- Support the transition of new product designs from development to production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical project management, or a closely related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in an engineering, R&D, and manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple and frequently changing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of both agile and waterfall project management methodologies is desirable.
- Experience with project management tools such as YouTrack, Jira, or Trello is advantageous.
