Our organization collaborates across the Intel Products Group to ensure they operate efficiently using standard quality practices such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for quality management to help define and implement best practices in our products.

Who You Are:

This role leverages foundational knowledge of quality management industry standards to support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on key areas such as conducting quality management systems (QMS) assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will utilize your consulting and collaboration skills to function as a QMS subject matter expert to close compliance gaps.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited

  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives related to QMS. Ensure smooth transitions by developing and implementing change management strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and addressing resistance to change.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QMS processes.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that QMS processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation.
  • Quality Management Systems Assessments: Assist in conducting assessments of Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analytical Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support project/program goals, including tracking progress and efficiency, identifying performance gaps, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
  • Project/Program Management Support: Assist QMS program team in developing and maintaining project/program management infrastructure, reporting, dashboard monitoring, project plans, and analysis.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field with 4+years of experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Engineering, or related field with 3+years of experience.
  • 4+ years experience in quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 and/or LEAN/Six Sigma fundamentals


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP)).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$132,810.00-$187,500.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
