Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee and lead engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while ensuring high quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and adaptability.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented to meet project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to project development and execution.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of team leadership and open communication within the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an engineering context.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation techniques.
• Experience with risk management practices and tools.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement projects and initiatives.
