- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and adaptability.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented to meet project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to project development and execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an engineering context.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation techniques.
- Experience with risk management practices and tools.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement projects and initiatives.
